Returns Policy

At Tyre Halo, we understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations or fit your needs. That's why we offer a hassle-free returns policy to ensure your satisfaction.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have up to 30 days from the date of delivery to return the item for a refund or exchange. Please note that the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, with all original packaging and tags intact.

To initiate a return, simply contact our customer service team within the 30-day period. They will provide you with a return authorization number and guide you through the process. Please make sure to include the return authorization number on the outside of the package when you send it back to us.

Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the return criteria. If everything is in order, we will process your refund or exchange within 5 business days. Please note that the original shipping charges are non-refundable.

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact our customer service team immediately. We will arrange for a replacement to be sent to you as soon as possible, free of charge.

Please keep in mind that certain items, such as personalized or custom-made products, may not be eligible for return or exchange. Additionally, any items that have been used or are not in their original condition may not be accepted.
